John Bergeron Summer Research Scholarship

The John Bergeron Summer Research Scholarship provides an Anatomy and Cell Biology undergraduate student (U1-U3) the opportunity to conduct a 12-week paid summer research project with a professor in the department. At the end of the summer, the student is encouraged to present their results in a lab meeting and consider participating in the Undergraduate Research Conference.

Applications are reviewed and evaluated by a selection committee of professors. Previous recipients of the scholarship are NOT eligible to apply. Your application with Name and McGill ID must be sent to (macss.mcgill@gmail.com) by 11:59 PM EST on Friday, April 3rd 2025.


MACSS Scholarship

MACSS is happy to announce our MACSS Scholarship to three exceptional applicants. Three $400 rewards will be given to one student each from U1, U2, and U3. Please note that the application process is competition-based, where MACSS will be evaluating applicants based on their extracurricular involvements and achievements.

Only full-time students in the Liberal, Major, or Honours Anatomy Program are eligible to apply. Executive members of the McGill Anatomy & Cell Biology Student’s Society (MACSS) and the Science Undergraduate Society (SUS) are not eligible to apply. Previous applicants, but not winners, are eligible to apply. Only those applicants selected to continue forward to the interview stage will be contacted.
